We had a wonderfully successful year in 2024 with a 94% booking rate. We had a cleaning company doing most of our cleanings, and our linens were professionally laundered at North Shore Laundry. However, two weeks ago our cleaning service quit...they were unable to retain employees. And on October 10th, North Shore Laundry burned to the ground. They plan to rebuild, but the facility certainly won't be up and running by next season. We are struggling to figure out a way to continue our 5 star service for our guests. We will certainly be open in 2025, but we need to come up a concrete plan for cleaning and linen laundering. At this point, we are only able to take bookings for 7 nights or more for our 2025 season.
