Booking Information, Rates & Promotions at our charming lodging near Grand Marais Minnesota

Minimum Night Stay & Check-in Check-out Days

We typically require a minimum stay of three nights. When there is an open four-night window between two bookings, we set that specific gap to a four-night minimum so we don’t end up with multiple one-night gaps that are difficult for us to fill as a small business.

If a two-night gap appears between bookings, we usually make those dates available as a two-night stay about two months in advance.

Check-ins and check-outs are limited to Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  This schedule gives us a little breathing room in our retirement years and also makes it much easier to coordinate a consistent schedule with our cleaner, rather than having them come on different days all week long.

Our cleaning fee is a flat $100 per stay, so shorter visits will have a higher effective nightly rate, while longer stays bring that nightly cost down.

If anything is unclear or you’re wondering about a specific set of dates, please call or email us and we’ll be happy to help.
